CareerXroads convened a panel of talent acquisition leaders and industry experts to foster an in-depth understanding of both real and perceived conflicts of interest (COI) within the realm of talent acquisition. Key insights emerged across three themes: clarifying relationships between solution providers, agencies, and consultants; navigating COI disclosure between employers and candidates/employees; and increasing transparency at industry conferences, analyst, and influencer engagements.
The focus of this report is on developing actionable insights and strategies that organizations can adopt to enhance trust and fairness in their talent acquisition processes, ensuring equitable outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
