His lifelong mission to elevate recruiting as a true profession is the DNA of everything he does.

As Vice President of Operations at CareerXroads, Barb oversees the full operational infrastructure of one of talent acquisition's most respected peer community — spanning community platform management, member communications, event production, marketing strategy, content operations, and program delivery across the global CXR network. As one of CXR Foundation's founding architects, Barb helped envision and structure the organization from the ground up, and continues to serve, ensuring the board operates with clarity, consistency, and forward momentum.

Brad spent more than two decades building global TA functions at Cisco, Informatica, Teradata, and Intuitive Surgical. He was an early architect of the Recruiters Recruiting Recruiters platform — a community-powered initiative that reconnected furloughed recruiters with hiring companies during the pandemic. Brad's passion for diversity, industry standards, and TA excellence made him a founding CXR Foundation board voice.

A self-described "recruiting geek," Carmen has led sourcing and hiring teams at Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, Yahoo!, and ExtraHop. She spent more than a decade training TA teams globally at Recruiting Toolbox and co-founded Talent42. Her book The Corporate Recruiter's Playbook distills that career into practical wisdom for the entire recruiting profession.

She is also an ACC-certified coach committed to helping individuals and leaders achieve meaningful, sustainable growth.

A forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy leader with 20+ years spanning sales, marketing, and capabilities building, Curtis currently serves as Director of Technical Recruiting at Salesforce. He built his career executing results-oriented TA strategies in some of the world's most highly regulated and technically demanding environments — demonstrating equal strength as an individual contributor and a people-centric strategic leader. He brings that same disciplined, outcomes-driven approach to his work on the CXR Foundation board.

Joanna brings a 30-year career in talent acquisition to the CXR Foundation board, currently leading Enterprise Functions Recruiting globally at Wells Fargo. Earlier in her career she spent more than a decade at AT&T, holding roles including Chief of Staff and Associate Director of U.S. University Relations, and has led TA across global markets at scale. A Division I athlete and Ironman 70.3 finisher, Joanna brings the same focused, determined, people-first energy to CXR Foundation that has defined her career.
