The talent acquisition industry shapes careers, families, and futures. Yet too often, the people doing that work are isolated, undersupported, and operating without the kind of clear professional standards that other industries take for granted.
CXR Foundation exists on a core belief: when recruiting professionals hold themselves and each other to a higher bar, candidates experience something better — and the entire industry moves forward.
Since 2020, we've brought together hundreds of volunteers, mentors, researchers, and advocates. We've funded scholarships, published industry standards, preserved the history of our profession, and shown up for local communities where we work, meet, and gather. We don't just talk about community — we live it.
