Standards

The CXR Foundation Standards Committee develops and publishes practical, evidence-based standards that define what responsible hiring looks like — including applicant closure, the obligation to notify every job seeker when they're no longer under consideration. More standards are in development.

Foundation Scholarships

Scholarships

Two scholarships supporting families and individuals in talent acquisition: the INSPIRE Scholarship for children of TA professionals or TA professionals pursuing advanced degrees, and the Russ Mountain Memorial Scholarship for rising juniors and seniors. Each up to $5,000.

Where the CXR Foundation started. An opportunity to come together for a few hours and make a real difference — leading job-skills workshops for students, stocking food pantry shelves, sorting donations, working in homeless shelters. The list is practically endless.
