For the past three years, the CXR Foundation Auction has been a special tradition held behind closed doors at our annual Leadership Summit. Together, our members have raised funds that have allowed the CXR Foundation to award more than $50,000 in scholarships to TA professionals and their family members, sponsor full CareerXroads memberships, support professionals in transition with coaching and networking, and give back through local outreach.
This year, we’re doing something different - and bigger.
For the first time ever, we’re opening the auction to the entire talent acquisition industry one full week before our Leadership Summit in Park City, UT (Sept 29 – Oct 1). That means anyone - whether you’re a TA leader, recruiter, or friend of the industry - can bid on incredible items and experiences, all while supporting the work of the CXR Foundation.
Why This Auction Matters
Every dollar raised fuels programs that directly benefit the recruiting community. Beyond scholarships and transition support, we’re already working towards taking a non-partisan delegation of TA professionals to Washington, DC in 2026 to meet with lawmakers about the realities of hiring and the impact policies have on recruiting. With the CareerXroads membership community estimated to be responsible for over 2,000,000 hires a year in the U.S., we know our collective voice matters.
