CXR Community Dinners are intentionally small, local gatherings designed for senior TA leaders who want honest conversation with peers — not a framed discussion or a buying narrative.
There are no slides and no predefined talking points. The evening is shaped by what leaders in the room are actually navigating right now — the decisions they’re making, the tradeoffs they’re managing, and the challenges that don’t show up in conference sessions.
We host these dinners in exceptional settings because environment matters. This will be held to CXR’s dinner standards — thoughtfully selected venue, elevated dining, and the kind of atmosphere that allows real connection to happen. But what truly makes the evening valuable is the trust in the room. Every attendee is a senior leader. Everyone participates. What’s shared stays in the room.
