As we bid farewell to 2023 and eagerly anticipate the wonders that 2024 will bring, it's a time of reflection and celebration at CareerXroads. Among our vibrant community of 4,500 members and alumni, there are shining stars whose dedication and involvement have not only elevated our network but also set an inspiring example for us all. So it's at this time each year that I pause to appreciate the tapestry of our community - a community that is more than a Slack channel, more than a mailing list, and transcends the occasional local happy hour. It's a living, breathing network where every interaction creates a sense of belonging and where members are committed to the success of each other as well as the lifting up of their profession collectively.
