Nearly 120 Employers participated in the 2025 CandEs (Candidate Experience Awards).
This year is the 15th since its beginnings in 2010 as a non-profit dedicated to measuring the treatment of candidates. approximately 1/2 of the participants achieved a winning score from the data supplied by 66,000 candidates that applied to a participating employer and completed a comprehensive survey about their experience. Respondents who were not hired have always been a heavily weighted and required component of this research
In addition, the overall number of respondents versus those that were invited to be surveyed had to be statistically significant.
Among the many questions asked of candidates, these 4 were heavily weighted (NPS) in determining the final score.
- The candidates’ overall ranking of their candidate experience
- Whether or not they would reapply to the organization in the future
- Whether or not they would refer other job seekers to the organization in the future
- And how the candidates would change their business relationship status with the organization going forward based on their experience
Kudos to ALL the participants- those we acknowledge below and those with benchmarks to elevate themselves that we hope to acknowledge in 2026. Worth noting is that 25% of the participants are current CXR or Alumni CXR Members.
