Burbank, California-based CareerArc has announced the launch of HireSocial, a new social recruiting option.

HireSocial allows employers to connect with candidates easily via social channels to simplify reaching, engaging and converting active and passive candidates on social media.

The idea is that attracting candidates through channels they use regularly will increase the chances of successful hires of qualified candidates. A U.K.-based company, Gaia (formerly called Socially Recruited) follows a similar idea.

HireSocial replaces CareerArc Social Recruiting and has two tailored subscription options, HireSocial Enterprise, which will continue to offer its 300+ customers a full and advanced recruitment marketing tools.

The second option, HireSocial Growth, is a new product for employers who want to recruit candidates from social media but have less resources or expertise, so offers a streamlined approach to post creation, publishing and performance tracking.

“HireSocial equips employers with everything they need to succeed in social recruiting—from seamless content creation to actionable analytics—all in one powerful platform,” said Stephen Roos, CareerArc CEO. “Its true power lies in its simplicity, offering intuitive tools that transform talent attraction strategies in just a few clicks.”

The company said it plans to release more innovative features in the future, so that it evolves with its users’ needs.

In April, CareerArc acquired Portland, Oregon-based SaaS job-posting video provider Lumina.
