About CXR

What is CXR?

CXR Community is a trusted, peer-driven network built specifically for talent acquisition and recruiting leaders. It brings together practitioners at every stage of their TA career, from in-house recruiters to heads of talent acquisition, who want real conversations, expert insight, and a place to grow their practice. If you work in recruiting or talent acquisition, this community was built for you.
CXR is not a feed, a mailing list, or a place for broadcasting. It is a curated space where TA professionals have substantive conversations, share real experience, and access vetted resources. There is no noise, no sales pitches from vendors, and no algorithmic content. What you find here comes from practitioners who do the work you do and who are willing to share what they actually know.
CXR is independently operated and practitioner-first. While we do work with select solution providers through our Marketplace, the community itself is kept free from vendor influence. Our research and editorial content is never sponsored or shaped by outside organizations what you read here reflects what practitioners actually think and experience.

Membership

Joining CXR

CXR membership is application-based, not open registration. We review each applicant to make sure they are a practicing talent acquisition or recruiting professional. This keeps the community focused and valuable for everyone inside it. If you qualify, you will be invited to request an interview with our team before your membership is confirmed.
Members get access to thousands of peer discussions, a vetted resource library, original CXR research, community events and in-person gatherings, the Solutions Marketplace, and the ability to connect directly with other TA leaders across industries. Corporate members also unlock premium content, exclusive roundtables, and deeper research tools.
CXR offers membership at multiple levels depending on who you are and what you need — from individual practitioners to corporate teams to solutions partners. Rather than list prices here, the best next step is to visit our membership page where you can find the path that fits you and get the conversation started from there. Find your path to membership.
CXR welcomes solutions providers through a dedicated Solutions membership pathway. It is a different kind of membership than you might expect. There are no demo stages or sales floors here. What you will find instead is a community of practitioners who are candid about what is working, what is not, and what they actually need from the tools they use. For solutions members, that kind of direct, unfiltered feedback is genuinely valuable and hard to find anywhere else. Ready to explore what Solutions membership looks like? From Our Members

I'm continually inspired by the generosity and openness of the CXR Community. The sessions are rich with insight, and the conversations truly authentic. This kind of support is rare—and incredibly valuable.

Getting Started

Your First Steps

Start by completing your member profile so other practitioners can find and connect with you. Then head to the community home page and browse the active discussions in your areas of focus and introduce yourself in the welcome thread. Not sure where to go next? We put together a full guide just for you: Get Started with CXR.
CXR has a few different community spaces, each designed for a specific purpose. Corporate Members is the primary home for day-to-day discussion, questions, resources, and peer conversation across the full practitioner community. If you lead a TA function, Heads of Talent Acquisition is your space for more strategic, senior-level conversation. Member and Alumni Announcements is for sharing news like job moves or org changes, not open discussion. When in doubt, post in Corporate Members. Your community manager can always help move a post to the right place if needed.
Use the community navigation to browse by topic area or community group. You can also use the search bar to find discussions by keyword, and follow tags that match your interests so relevant content surfaces for you automatically. Not sure where to start? Try asking Leigh, our AI community guide. She is easy to work with, just describe what you are looking for and Leigh will point you in the right direction.
