New To The Community? Here’s Everything You Need to Get Started

Welcome Home!

We are so glad you are here. Whether you just joined, are still figuring out how to navigate the CXR community, or are wondering how to make the most of your membership; this post is for YOU.

I know getting started in a new community can feel overwhelming. And that is putting it lightly. You might be asking yourself: Where do I even begin? How does this all work? What resources are available to me? I’ve heard those questions, and I’ve been working hard to make sure new members have clear, easy to find answers.

I am so excited to introduce three new resources built specifically to help new members feel confident and comfortable from day one:

Resource 1: Get Started Page

New to the CXR community and not sure where to begin? The Get Started page walks you through the first steps. From setting up your profile to understanding how the community is organized. Think of it as your onboarding home base.

Resource 2: How-To Guide

Looking for step-by-step instructions? The How-To Guide covers the most common tasks and actions members take. So whether you’re figuring out how to post, how to connect with others, or how to find content, it’s all in ONE PLACE!

Resource 3: FAQs Page

Have a question? Chances are someone else has asked it too. The FAQs page compiles the most common questions from new members so you can get quick answers without having to search through old posts or wait for a reply.

You can find these pages in the navigation bar under Resources. And if you know someone who is:

  • Brand new and just getting started

  • Still learning how to navigate or use the community

  • Looking to get more out of their membership

  • Searching for tips, guidance, or instructions as a new member

feel free to point them here. The more members who feel confident and connected, the stronger the community becomes!

If you have questions not covered in these resources, or ideas for what else would be helpful, drop a comment below. We’re always looking to improve!
