HRTech company Nexxt is teaming up with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) to launch NFLPA Jobs, a job board to help former NFL players find new opportunities at the end of their football careers.

“Features such as access to high-quality jobs from thousands of top employers across the country, job alerts that match their interests and the ability to create a comprehensive professional profile seen by companies looking to hire, users are set up for long-term career success beyond the field,” according to Nexxt’s announcement.

“I’ve long been a strong advocate for encouraging NFL players to explore career paths beyond the sports industry,” NFLPA senior director Nolan Harrison III commented.

“There are countless sectors where NFL players can offer tremendous value — industries that often remain unexplored due to limited exposure. This collaboration with NEXXT is an exciting step forward, as it will introduce players to new professional opportunities and unlock a world of possibilities for their careers beyond the game.”

“Nexxt is extremely excited to partner with the NFLPA to support their members in finding their next career opportunities,” said John Krautzel, VP of marketing and member experience at Nexxt.

“We recognize that these candidates are driven, self-confident and exceptional team players — qualities that make them outstanding hires. Top companies are actively seeking candidates with these attributes, and we’re excited to bridge that connection.”

Launched in 1998, Wayne, Pennsylvania-based Nexxt (formerly Beyond) says it has millions of jobs, 150 million candidates, 30 million resumes and 10 million text subscribers.

While it has many recruitment products, Nexxt is primarily known as a pool of candidates that sourcing teams can use as an aggregator, instead of having to use different licenses for different companies. In September last year, it introduced two new organic traffic products for recruiters.

Established in 1956, the NFLPA is headquartered in Washington, D.C.
